TOASTER:

1. Set toaster on low setting.
2. Remove product from wrapping and place thawed VitaTop in toaster.
3. Toast to your liking.

MICROWAVE THAW:

1. Remove a frozen VitaTop from the carton and remove overwrap.
2. Thaw on a microwave-safe plate on HIGH for 15-18 seconds.
   Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times are approximate.

ROOM TEMPERATURE THAW:
Remove a frozen VitaTop from the carton and allow to thaw for 30 minutes at room temperature.
