Our products have absolutely no additives or preservatives and properly stored in the freezer will remain fresh and delicious for approximately nine months. Products stored at room temperature or in the refrigerator will stay fresh for approximately five days. To enjoy Vitalicious products® at their best, we strongly recommend freezing all products as instructed.

Note: Although Vitalicious products will not arrive to you frozen, you must freeze all products within 24 hours of delivery.

This product contains no artificial additives or preservatives therefore we recommend freezing upon receipt.

TOASTER:

1. Set toaster on low setting.
2. Remove product from wrapping and place thawed VitaTop in toaster.
3. Toast to your liking.
   Toasters vary; use these directions as a guide.

MICROWAVE THAW:

1. Remove a frozen VitaTop from the carton and remove overwrap.
2. Thaw on a microwave-safe plate on HIGH for 15-20 seconds.
   Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times are approximate.

ROOM TEMPERATURE THAW:
Remove a frozen VitaTop from the carton and allow to thaw for 1 hour at room temperature.
